An Argentinian through-and-through, Chef Rafael has cooked in hotels and restaurants all over Argentina and abroad, including working under Michelin star chefs.
An old hand at new openings, in joining the Awasi team Rafael finds himself with a whole range of new flavours and ingredients to discover. A believer in combining traditional techniques with modern innovation, Rafael says you can never go wrong with olive oil at hand!
